CEO's Message
Kaido Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is engaged in the entire process from development to manufacturing of equipment of producing electronic parts such as Li-ion Battery, Capacitor etc. for various electronic, medical and office equipment, including computers, smartphones and wearable devices as well as automobiles.
In response to the issue of global climate change, which is a challenge for us living in the modern age, the world is accelerating its move towards a carbon-neutral and decarbonized society. Furthermore, the automotive industry is moving towards electrification such as Hybrid and EV cars and the installation of power generation facilities using renewable energy sources is also spreading across the country.
Therefore, the importance of our role in realizing those initiatives is increasing year by year.We will continue to work together for new challenges with user companies to commit society.
In addition, in order to achieve a sustainable society, we will face to environmental issues sincerely and make company-wide efforts to commit society through our day-to-day awareness.

We will purchase and procure products and services with the lowest possible environmental impact, taking into consideration not only quality and price but also the environment, after giving due consideration to the necessity of the purchase. In addition, we give priority to suppliers who are making efforts to reduce their environmental impact.
Basic Green Procurement Policy
  • 1. Kaido will verify the necessity of its purchase and consider repairing or remodeling existing items as well as sharing equipment or using rental service instead of buying new ones. When it purchases new equipment, the number should be limited as much as possible.
  • 2. Kaido will choose a product in consideration of the entire life cycle of the product: collection of resource, production, distribution, use, recycling and waste.
  • 3. Materials like harmful chemical substances, heavy metals and ozone depleting substances can adversely affect ecosystems including human beings once they are released in the environment such as air, water and soil. Kaido will choose the products containing less harmful materials and more alternative materials.
  • 4. Kaido will choose the products that are manufactured and transported or used by consuming a smaller amount of resources and energies.
  • 5. Kaido will choose the products that are so designed that they can be reused and have an established recycling system for collecting them after use.
  • 6. Kaido will choose the products that are made of recyclable materials and so designed that each of materials can be easily separated, decomposed or sorted, and have an established recycling system for collecting them after use.
  • 7. Kaido will choose the products made from or of recycled materials or parts.
  • 8. Kaido will choose the products that are designed in consideration of decomposability of combustible or incombustible materials, ease of removal of harmful substances, and load on incineration facilities or landfill sites.

  • 1. We give full consideration to the human rights of our own employees and do not unfairly discriminate against our own employees on the basis of race, color, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, pregnancy, or marital status. Environmental Policy

Kaido manufacturing co., ltd has established the following environmental policy in order to implement environmental management.

  • 1. We will comply with environmental laws, regulations, agreements, and other requirements to which we agree in order to permanently improve the effectiveness of our EMS and to establish our own standards for necessary matters and to achieve higher goals.
  • 2. To promote global environmental conservation activities, we will strive to raise awareness of environmental conservation throughout the company.

Information Protection Activities

  • 1. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of personal information protection policy
    To implement, maintain and continuously improve this policy, Kaido will ensure to make all its officers, employees and any other people concerned understand the importance of personal information protection.
  • 2. Collection of personal information
    Kaido will collect personal information in a lawful and fair manner.
  • 3. Use of personal information
    Personal information provided to Kaido will be used only for the purpose indicated when it was collected, and to the extent of the necessity for the purpose.
  • 4. Disclosure of personal information to third parties
    Kaido will not discloses any personal information to third parties without prior consent of the information owner except for the cases where it discloses the information to its contractor with whom Kaido has concluded a confidential agreement on the conditions that he/she shall use it only for the original purpose, provided, however, that such information may be disclosed as required by laws and regulations.
  • 5. Correctness and security of personal information
    Kaido will keep personal information accurate in a safe manner.
Kaido will take appropriate security countermeasures against unauthorized access, computer virus and others in order to prevent loss, destruction, alternation and leak of personal information.
  • 6. Organization and system
    Kaido will appoint a person who is responsible for protecting and managing personal information in order to appropriately control personal information. It also will provide trading and education programs to persons who engage in business operations.
  • 7. Disclosure, correction, deletion of personal information
    Kaido will in a reasonable period of time and to the reasonable extent address any request of a personal information owner who wishes to confirm, correct, stop the use of, or delete or otherwise his/her own personal information provided to Kaido.
